Terms & Conditions
The rules under which you use Docster and purchase templates.
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms govern your use of Docster and the purchase of generated documents. By placing an order you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully — especially the sections on payment and refunds.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to every contract between Docster and its users covering use of the platform and the purchase of generated documents.
Conflicting or supplementary terms from the user only become part of the contract if we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Service
Docster provides browser-editable document templates. On demand we generate a PDF filled with the data you entered and make it available for download.
The templates are pure layout recreations intended for learning, demo, creative, and private use. They are explicitly not official documents, government certificates, or securities of any kind.
3. Order placement
The display of templates in the editor does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “Pay” you submit an offer to purchase the configured document.
The contract is concluded once your crypto payment is confirmed on-chain and the finished document is available in your account under “History”.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown in the editor (in EUR) at the time of ordering apply. All prices are final prices; statutory VAT may be included depending on your place of residence.
Payment is accepted exclusively in crypto: Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR) and USDT on TRON (TRC-20). We do not accept any other payment method — no credit card, no PayPal, no SEPA transfer, etc.
The crypto amount due is calculated using the exchange rate displayed by the payment provider at the time of ordering. A payment is only deemed received once the transaction has sufficient on-chain confirmations.
5. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the document is generated immediately and made available in your account under “History” as a PDF download.
There is no physical shipment, no delivery on data carriers, and no email delivery.
6. Refunds
We grant refunds when a generated document has a verifiable technical defect — for example an incorrect calculation in a payslip, a corrupted or empty PDF, broken layout rendering, or any system-caused wrong format output.
Conditions for a refund:
• Send us the defective PDF as an attachment via a support request.
• Briefly describe the defect and which value or area is specifically affected.
• Submit the request within 14 days of the order.
Your own input mistakes, personal layout or styling preferences, incorrectly entered data and typos are not grounds for a refund. Because templates are generated and delivered immediately after payment, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content is excluded once generation has started — you expressly agree to this when placing an order.
Refunds are returned to the crypto wallet that was used to pay, or — at your choice — credited to your Docster account balance.
7. Use of generated documents
You undertake to use generated documents exclusively for lawful purposes — in particular for learning, demo, creative, and private use.
Any use to deceive in legal or commercial dealings, to submit to authorities, to gain economic advantages over third parties, or for any other unlawful purpose is expressly prohibited and is solely your responsibility.
We do not sell official documents, do not provide legal advice, and accept no responsibility for how you use the files you create.
8. Platform availability
We strive for the highest possible availability of Docster but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, software updates, bugs, and unforeseen outages may cause temporary limitations.
You will not be charged for orders that fail to complete during an outage.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from any misuse of the documents you generate.
The above limitations do not apply to injury to life, body, or health, or to damages caused by gross negligence or intent on our side.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when functionality, pricing, or legal requirements change.
For each order, the version of the Terms linked from the editor at the time of ordering is the version that applies.
11. Final provisions
Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
For refunds and general inquiries, you can reach support via the contact and help areas inside your Docster account.
